This is a binding agreement between You, the person or entity agreeing to these terms ("I", "You", "Your" or "Customer"), and Insignia Summit LLC, the owner and administrator of scarvesbyinsignia.com ("Our", "Us", or "Company"). These Terms govern Your use of and access to this Website and all of its sub-pages.
By using, visiting, or browsing the Website, as well as placing an order through the Website, You accept these Terms of Use without limitation. If You do not agree to be bound by these Terms, You should exit the Website immediately. By accessing, using, or ordering products through the Website, You affirm that You have read this Agreement and understand, agree, and consent to all Terms contained herein.
You further agree not to use or access the Website if doing so would violate the laws of Your state, province, or country. Orders must be placed by a person of legal age. Our pieces are scarves, bandanas and wraps and are intended for adult use.
By ordering products from us, You authorize us to charge Your credit card accordingly. The descriptor that appears on Your credit card statement will appear as scarvesbyinsignia.com. If You have any questions regarding Your credit card statement, please contact our customer service department.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
Shipping is free. Shipments are tracked and the tracking number is sent by email as soon as Your order is shipped. Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days and delivered to Your home address.
We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return, provided the item is in its original condition.
Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to You, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
To process Your refund, You must supply us with Your name and delivery address. Once a refund has been approved, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on Your credit card statement, depending on Your bank's processing times.
To obtain Your refund, contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package and send the product back to our fulfillment center within 30 days from receipt of the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund issued. Once our fulfillment center receives and verifies the package, You will be issued a refund.

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays. Scarves by Insignia does not guarantee specific arrival dates or times and does not refund or credit delivery or processing charges for delayed shipments.
The materials and products contained and offered on the Website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Scarves by Insignia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Scarves by Insignia or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to this Agreement, the products, or the Customer's use of the Website. You agree that Scarves by Insignia's entire liability for all claims shall be limited to the lesser of (i) USD $500.00, or (ii) the total amount You paid to Scarves by Insignia in the one month period immediately preceding the incident.
Our pieces are made from fine cotton twill, mulberry silk, silk-touch satin, fine merino wool, a wool blend and a cashmere-wool blend. Hand wash silk in cold water with a drop of gentle soap, then roll it in a towel and lay it flat to air dry out of direct sun. Hand wash merino in cool water and dry it flat so it keeps its shape. The blanket wrap and the cashmere-blend travel wrap should be dry cleaned. Never wring silk out, and never use a hot dryer or press a hot iron directly onto the fabric, as heat takes the shine out of silk for good. Store wool folded rather than hung, and keep every piece away from open flame.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. A changed "last updated" date indicates that this document has been updated, and the updated version supersedes any prior versions immediately upon posting. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
